Delhi Cantonment Board (DCB), a local municipal body under the aegis of Ministry of defence is governed by Cantonment Act,2006.The administration of Cantonment is a central subject as per the constitution of India.Delhi Cantonment is a class 1 Cantonment.

Service Overview

Following are the services rendered by Delhi Cantonent Board to it's citizen:

Water Supply:

The Board is maintaining 21 tube wells, 7 overhead tanks and 9 sumps.  The water supply per capita per day is 100 litres approx.  For distribution of water supply there are 21 pump houses.
